when you wake up in the morning and lean over and turn off the buzzer to get ready for the day, there is nothing like a good stretch of the body to get you going. in fact, doctors say it helps us in our alertness. i think we need to recapture the art of the stretch. we need to remain people who are alert. aware. excited. ready. we should collect a bunch of stretches and take them with us. we need to bring it back. let’s stretch and reach far into the deep blue that is our life.
